NOTICE OF DEVELOPMENT PERMIT
August 23 2024The County Municipal Planning Commission has approved the following development permit with variances granted to the side and rear yard setbacks as stated within the Land Use Bylaw #698-21. A copy of the permit is available for viewing on the County website.

Anyone who may be affected or claim to be affected by the above permit may submit an appeal stating their reasons no later than Friday September 13th, 2024 at 4:30 pm along with the required $400 appeal fee to:
