COMMUNITY GARDEN

The Environmental Services Department is pleased to announce the return of the Community Garden for the 2025 season!

Garden plots will be ready by May 16 for residents who wish to participate. To secure a plot, please complete the registration form and submit it to the administration office by May 9 or contact Jeff Cosens, Director of Environmental Services, or register by email at jcosens@countypaintearth.ca or phone (403) 882-3211.

The first 10 people to have their plot paid at the office will get a grab bag which includes:
A selection of garden seeds, handheld hoe and shovel, plant markers and twine, and a pair of gardening gloves.

There are a total of 20 plots that will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Any remaining plots after initial registration may be offered to those wishing to have more than one. The County will provide the garden with water via drip irrigation. The County is not responsible for any loss or damages.
