In November the County approved Land Use Bylaw 593-09 after an extensive review period.  This updated LUB version will be the cornerstone for planning and development decisions for the next years to come.   The new LUB includes many revisions to the existing Land Use districts as well as the creation of new ones to reflect current development directions.  The County is confident that this will encourage development and streamline the development processes.  For more information, please feel free to contact the Development Officer.  You can download and review the document online, or pick up a hard copy or CD from the office (fees may apply).
